I work with individuals and companies to articulate their visions and bring those visions into reality.
When it comes to technical visions, my computer consulting company, Waldner Associates, provides:
- Needs Analysis
- Design of computerized solutions
- Re-engineering
- Software and hardware implementations of these solutions.
Often, however, the problem is only partially a technology problem, the other part is a people problem.
Through individual coaching and corporate training I help individuals and companies:
- Articulate a vision of what it is that they really, really want to be doing.
- Develop a plan to bring that vision into reality.
- Identify and clear up obstacles to implementing that plan
I am continually amazed at what potentials are locked up in people, and there are few greater pleasures than seeing, in myself and others, those potentials become unlocked and available.
The most useful thing I can do to unlock these potentials is to really communicate with my clients, encourage them to look at what they have avoided looking at, provide them with some workable models to understand what they are looking at, suggest exercises which will improve their skills and also bring to view the blocks to their creativity so these can be inspected.
In all this I find that I need to treat others and myself as spiritual beings, of great but blocked potential, who are very skilled in coming up with excuses for not being fully themselves.
Theory:
Another major interest of mine, thus, is to really understand at a fundamental level why such practices succeed in connecting at such an authentic level with another person and thus help them recover their potentials.
Thus to understand at a deep practical and theoretical level what type of beings we are and how we relate to each other and the world around us. And to understand how we as conscious beings relate to the world of quantum mechanics and neurobiology and parapsychology.
